Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products throughout the warehouse using powered equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate scanning systems to track inventory in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
