Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items, check quantities, and update inventory systems to maintain stock levels.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from the warehouse floor and preparing them for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift) in accordance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and operate scanners.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
