Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement 5S principles to ensure workplace organization and safety
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in climate-controlled and refrigerated environments
