Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Operate computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds frequently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
