Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load and unload shipments safely.
- Perform order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (clean record) preferred.
