Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM) and flexible for overtime.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
