Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and put away stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders based on production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent work experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
