Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during night operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10pm - 6am or 11pm - 7am).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Texas ID or Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
