Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select products from shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for following safety protocols and team instructions.
