What You'll Do:
- Load and unload trucks with precision and speed.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory using our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a 5S compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict timelines.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
