Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect shipments for damage and verify against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in organizing warehouse stock to optimize storage and retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but on-the-job training is available.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
