About The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory counts and update records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
