Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Shipment Handling: Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience Level: No prior warehousing experience is required; we provide paid training.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
