Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure timely and correct delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and orderly to maximize efficiency.
- Overtime Support: Be available to work additional hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
