Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in packaging and labeling of shipments as required.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CPH, CFSP, or equivalent certification).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime when needed.
