Responsibilities
- Receive and Process: Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and accurately log inventory into the system.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts as directed by management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
