Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Truck Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming freight and transfer to staging areas.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license is a plus.
