Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF Scanners) and inventory management systems accurately.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
