Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate item selection and secure packaging for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for understanding instructions and safety briefings.
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
