Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
