Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with night shift supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain consistent attendance.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
