Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to be punctual.
