Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) with full training provided
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Pick and pack orders accurately using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full equipment training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to 7890 Industrial Park Blvd, Plano, TX
- Basic computer skills for inventory system navigation
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
