Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus (not always required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cincinnati facility.
