Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse space
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from the Plano facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
