Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with flexible scheduling capabilities
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory teams
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Train and develop staff through flexible coaching opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven ability to manage flexible work schedules and remote coordination
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in WMS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Adaptability to changing operational priorities and flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
