Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols (OSHA compliance) and equipment operation
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive work environment
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
