- Efficiently load/unload shipments using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Inspect and report equipment issues to maintenance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper training
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
