Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as needed.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
