Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces through daily cleaning routines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
