Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse technology systems (WMS, scanners) efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid state-issued ID (no background check verification required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train!
