Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Henderson facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
