Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items, verify counts against packing slips, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Packing & Shipping: Package products securely for shipment and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, safe, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to strict timelines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills required.
