Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on material handling equipment and report issues immediately.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and shipping paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Background: No background check required (criminal history not a barrier to employment).
