Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Ensure the proper labeling and storage of all incoming and outgoing freight.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scanning equipment.
