Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
