Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Sort, organize, and inventory palletized goods
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Maintain clean and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete paperwork and digital inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
