Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and pack them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide full training.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
