Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking and cleaning
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Basic math and communication skills
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Reliable transportation to worksite
