Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones and maintain clean, orderly storage areas
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) for material movement
- Conduct daily cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Plaza Dr, Long Beach
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
