Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring quality and timeliness
- Maintain organized inventory levels and participate in regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) after training
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math and communication skills
