Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and efficient inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Conduct regular warehouse safety checks and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
