Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and sorting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon standards
- Support facility maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass background check and drug screening
