Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Operate company-provided machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and verification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance team
- Participate in regular inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to Henderson, NV worksite
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
