Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes for maximum productivity
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock scheduling and shipping
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
