Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks safely.
- Package and label products securely for shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure efficient retrieval and maximum space usage.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak delivery times.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing paperwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of reliability.
