Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package merchandise to ensure high order fulfillment accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
