Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving incoming shipments and verifying stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Shelf Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and safety signs.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
