Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Select and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the workspace organized and clean.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
