Responsibilities
- Operational Accuracy: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to and from work.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience is required.
- Skills: Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
